I did a compression test on the Galant today

Cylinder # 1 @ 109
Cylinder # 2 @ 110
Cylinder # 3 @ 145
Cylinder # 4 @ 130

Are these numbers good? :D

Hmm, they seem a little low to me. And shouldn't they all be within 5% of eachother?

#3 and 4 need a bit of sand. Then you can turn the boost up some. :D

Haha I guess this went over my head for a minute there. Hell, I say turn the boost up now and see what happens

That seems to be the DSMer motto.

It's already running 28psi on this pewpy E70. I wonder how 30+ would do :D

30+...is the flux capacitor in good working orders? lol, jk.

OP, I'm also going to do a compression test pretty soon. aren't good numbers like 150 across???? or between 120-130??? i remember seeing something like that on VFAQ...

150 is the JDM numbers and anything with compression in our USA DSM's is good just to clear that up. Lower compression means to turn up the boost.
For every 5 psi low turn boost up 1 psi.
