Well, another summer has come and gone and my car is still sitting in the garage. I had the chance to pick up every part I needed to get it up and going and passed. What could posses some one to do such a thing?

My new hellion. She is a bull terrier. I have had my male bull terrier for about 3 years now and decided the time was right to get a female for him. He gets some company and a girlfriend and I get to chase another dog around the house. I go pick her up over thanksgiving in Georgia. Luckily my dad is pretty close to there so I get to pick her up on my way home. Pretty excited and just thought I would share.

I don't understand the correlation between car parts this past summer or a dog during the winter. Is that a $5k dog or what?

Pardon my ignorance but what exactly is a bull terrior good for that justifies a $3K investment? I assume they're not a hunting dog.

They are a rather uncommon dog. They were bred for bull baiting back in the day. Now they are just a pet. What makes it worth 3k? The fact that they sell for that. Average price is somewhere around 1500, females more. Personally I would rather pay more for a dog that I know has a great pedigree and isn't coming from a puppy farm and her parents are great looking dogs. If I have one litter both my dogs are paid back as well as all the vet bills and dog food as well. Pretty easy decision.
