What do you plan to do with the car? Drag, street, twisties?

Yes I run a resitor pack. The injectors dont preform properly with out it. And as I said befor I am trying to blow it up. Because the block is junk and I want to be able to run power steering. the bolt holes on the block for the power steering and motor mount are broke and one hole has a bolt broke off in side it. So the block aint worth much at all and it is a good test bed for wat it can handle. Once I get the other motor built I will put all the tuning parts in. Like a new ecu, fuel lines, better exaust hook up other then a coat hanger and neon 5 speed tranny with lsd.

I think you need to do a lot more research, doesn't seem like you know much about what you are doing. What kind of new ecu do you plan on going with. You are running 10 psi with stock exhaust?

And blowing a block up because some bolts are broken off into it? Talk about lazy. But don't worry, the way you are running it shouldn't take too long to toast the engine.

nothing becides for the tires brake loose in 4th gear and after that the cluch slips.

For some reason I have a hard time believing this as well. I think it's your clutch slipping the whole time and no tires spinning. Unless you are running very, VERY bald tires.

First of all if someone cant tell if he is slipping the cluch or spinning the tires he shouldnt be driveing a car. Thier is a big diffrance between the two. And yea you would have to see the block to understand. It is just a test bed for some of the tuning parts I am trying to use. My next setup is an eight injector set up. I have 1800 miles on the tune I have now. I have beaten on it the entir time. The idle suck because of too much fuel to try and not go to lean at boosting. And for the tires they are almost new. And as far as research. I have been on alot of web sites. the one site I go off is 2gnt.com. they have alot of information. As far as what type of ems I am geting it would be magasquirt. But I am building the tranny first. The tranny will be a 1998 dodge neon. Yes i know that the bell housing is differnt. I will be switching them out. And also the neon has a 3.55 gear raito compard to the 3.94. It will have a lsd and a stage 3 cluch. Oh and by the way i know my engin should have blowen up already.

Good for you. You are not breaking the tires loose in 4th gear at only 10 psi. I have owned a 420a-t that I turboed myself and Jungy will agree with me that spinning in 4th at 10 psi is not happening. And if you are planning on going with an 8-injector setup, why not just go with the Hahn Portfueler instead of MSnS?

1800 miles on the tune? Hardly call it a tune.

Ok wtf listen to wat I have to say. i pretty much just churp the tirs in 4th i have done that once and ever since then it just slipps the cluch. Oh and by the way befor i even turbod the motor it would easly brake the tirs loose in 2 gear and little more then a churp in 3 gear. I am unsure the motor is complety stock, I could walk right past every 420a I raced when it was nt. I also raced an 95 acura intragra with a h22 5 speed header and cold air. we were neck and neck. And why pay so much for someting that dose the same exact thing and you dont even get to build it. All you do with a hann. is bolt on and tune. What is the fun in that. this is not like the 4g63 guys were you can just bolt and splice wires.

Why are you running a 1:1 fpr w/o a tuning system?!?! Are you running resistor packs on those low-z 450's? because the factory injectors are high impedance. I think the stock injectors and a 12:1 fmu would be a smoother and more trust worthy set-up under the conditions you are running it right now.
For one I would not run a 12:1 fmu. My reason is that you max out your stock injector0 at bout 90 or so. Ok stock fuel psi with out vaccume is 43.5 psi. Ok so at 10 psi your fuel psi would be 163.5 psi of fuel. Ok that is way to much psi for your injectors to even think about trying to control. Befor you go with that figure out what you really need. To make this shorter I will skip all the fourmals. At 9 psi of fuel with stock injectors (235cc) you would want around 123 psi of fuel. Thats alot of fuel psi for the injectors to handle. thats why i got the 450s. yes i have the resitor pack. with out it you wont run verry long befor destroying the injectors or maybe you computer. so for the 450s you would want around 30 psi at idle and 40 psi at 9 psi of boost. but to run the 450s you would want a S-AFC for idle control.

tuned dosnt mean that the tires roll and the engine dosnt blow Im guessing it just dumps fual rediculously at idle and low speeds, which means untuned and running poorly. I highly doubt you had a modded out engine in your 420, i have a 420 in my driveway and can tell you its worthless. Dont get so fiesty in here, mitsustlye is here to help you from experience not just pulling it out their ass
