yes rhd is legal. I had Ali look before I did my car
the resale will be more for a full swaped car in the end also.
stock my car would be under a 1,000 I have been offred 20k cash for it now

I think an RHD TT Galant would be friggin' awesome! You have Mark near you, so if you get the RHD swap, consider it done.

Since the stock engine is a 6g72, why not just swap a DOHC 6g72 TT from a 3/S or does it not fit?

Go for the project! That is assuming you have something else to DD for the time being...
But yea, I skimmed over the thread so I don't know all the details, but I also agree to go for the engine swap. I'd also have to agree on keeping it LHD for multiple reasons...
