that is unbelievable that an insurance company can not complete their side of the bargain.

very believable, the only thing insurance does it hoard our money, make us pay an extra chunk when something does actually happen, then they MIGHT cover the damage. what the hell.

if you dont have your green sheet I do.... I would try calling them and adding it.... then insurance can't refuse... sorry to hear they are giving you the run around... mine went really good, got the payout in my account this am!

i wanted to go with a different one, but my dad wouldn't have it. i guess he's had insurance with these guys for some time so I get a discount by being on his account or some shit. not worth it imo

Hmm, yeah def. not worth the hassle and to have to get the run around deal. But what can ya do. I kinda thought the same also when i had Farmers Ins. but have switching to progressive my Ins. dropped like $75 a month!

right, but the agent doesn't know they are different incidences. We told them we didnt realize they were there in the parking garage because the car was dirty, and it was dark, but when i washed it i noticed them. they wouldn't even consider what i was saying, and the passanger side and drivers side i think happened at the same time anyway

Did you deal with the agent or claims adjustor? You shouldn't deal with the agent to begin with. All they are good for is to take your money. LOL. The claim adjustor should of been your contact. Again, I don't the whole story w/your insurance company. GL.

311evo, I'd have to say that I would just pay 500 for the wing / truck / wiper damage and another 500 for both key marks.

I wouldn't even risk the chance of getting insurance fraud pinned on me to save a few hundred bucks. I know this contradects what I said earlier, "Get them both covered at the same time." But the good half of my brain is telling me you could just be walking into water that might be too deep.

I mean you are young, and you don't want to have Insurance Fraud on your record for the rest of your life because of 500 dollars. I mean you won't ever get a respectable job with having that on your record.

Your totally right. I know what i "should" do, but i'm more or less just whining about how there system works. I'm supposed to go in for a quote at luther collision tomorrow, but i might just go to a local shop and suck it up.

Also i think Sheides might be showing me a couple today.
