I haven't opened them yet......I'm contemplating selling one on ebay.....minimum one is going for $100 now.... :)

These aren't available in stores? their website says there are a lot of stores selling their stuff.

this is a limited run takes 6 months to make and they do it 1 time a year.

Is this the same Surly that sells bike frames? They are based in the Metro some where, and I have heard they have a brewery. Anyways their bike frames have a great rep as being a awsome bang for the buck. And owning one makes you cool amongst the bike crowd.

went down to get some beer today. they sold out of the coffee holiday beer in 30min and I got the last 2 growlers of bender that was at 1pm they started at noon and got 2 of the almost out furious growlers

I don't know about the bike frames. The coffee bender is insanely good! The other weekend when I was there I had 4 'samples' of it! :D

Well I opened one of the two bottles last night, and I must say:

DAMN! It is so good! Very very flavorful, very strong taste, and I can see why this is so sought after. The bottles on ebay are going for a minimum of $150, one went for $400!

I think I shall open and drink bottle #2, selling it would be a waste....
