I've got a used 100K BTU natural gas garage heater for sale if you're interested. It'll heat a normal 2-car garage in about 5-10 minutes.

Go to a motorsports shop and ask them if you can get a few of the big cardboard cartons that come around the new vehicles(Harley ones work great and are really thick). Take these big pieces of thick cardboard home and lay it on the floor. Getting your feet off the concrete makes a big difference.

Also if you have rafters in your garage put up plastic or somthing to keep the heat from rising to the celing.
