I'm pretty sure I know who took it since there was this random drunk stopping by so does anyone have any ideas on how to approach him to get that shit back????? I'm broke and pissed right now:madashell: this is probally stupid to be pissed about but I need some ideas

Approach them and tell them you want your shit back. If they don't give it to you, follow these step by step instructions...
!.) Pee in a ziplock back and lay it FLAT in a freezer
2.) Freeze until it's a sheet of ice
3.) When he's not in his dorm, slide it out of the bag and under his door

Done, and done. ;)

I caught a dormmate stealing money from me.
Back in college i used to buy alcohol for all of the guys in the dorm because i had a fake id. So i had just finished making a run and was counting the money i had made. I noticed i had 3 - 5 dollar bills all in consecutive numeric order in crisp condition. So i left the money on the table in my own room because my roomate and our "friend" were there and i trusted they wouldnt take it. i went down to my car and grabbed some beer and brought it up, speakeasy style. and sat down and looked at my money again, the 3 5s were gone.
So i called my roomate into the room with another friend of ours and asked him if he had taken it. He replies with "No man, i wouldnt do that, i left to go to the bathroom and left our other friend in here alone and he was gone after i came back" So my other friend said well lets go into his room where the rest of our buddies were hanging out and just say, "Hey guys, im missing some money from tonights run can everyone just empty their pockets, i know exactly what the money looks like" So we did just that. My buddy that suggested it was standing right by the guy that we knew took it, and everyone emptied their pockets and this guy drops the money next to his chair and tells everyone he doesnt have any money in his pockets. My buddy goes "What the fuck is next to your chair, heres the money right here." So i just flipped out on him and no one talked to the guy for the rest of the school year. And it turned out that he was also stealing checks from his roomate (and friend from high school) and making them out to cash.
I would say the best bet is to confront him asap. before he is able to stash it somewhere.

sweet! violence. Dude, he stole a coupla bottles of liquor, so don't get angry, get even. This is a good time to do so, he didn't cause you bodily harm, probably saved you from it, actually. Anyway, pull a prank on him, like find his car and let all the air out of his tires or some easily repairable sabotage.

I wasnt going to hurt him and wont... I never have and never will but I just wanted to go and talk to him explain that he cant be taking shit from people... I went out tonight and just forgot about it... but the lesson has been learned and I know not to trust people like I have and thats all. Forgive and forget

Well, you don't have to go around not trusting people. Just don't trust easily people you don't know very well.
