Your springs are not titanium, just the retainer. Also you have way to much spring for the crower 414s.

Ya that is what I ment. Well it is better to have too much then not enough since ill probably upgrade here soon. What is the hurt to have too much spring?

I think rst95eclipse had some FP3x's cams for sale awhile ago. I don't know if he ever sold them.

You can wear out the cam, Crower says if you over sping the cam they have no warrenty, and you loose some HP.

I noticed that no one has really spoke of CompCams much in this thread. I have a set of CompCams 101200 cams coming hopefully today (if freakin USPS Gets off their asses and delivers them.) I would like to know that im not putting some junk ass cams in my car.
The comp cam profiles haven't been great from what I have seen. Cars were picking up a lot of power going to HKS'.

So lets pretend I went with the FP3X cams and the FP springs and retainers. Would that be a good combo for, lets say an FP3575?

The biggest cams FP sells paired up with the largest bolt-on turbo they make? Yea that'd probably work haha.
Yes, those cams will work with anything you throw at it.

It's too bad you need to upgrade to dual valve springs to use the FP3 cams, because that's what I'd want to use, but that extra $350 is a little spendy on top of buying the cams too.

Welcome to the world of real performance parts. After a while, making more and more power just costs more and more cash! :D
