any one know if you can you weld cast iron with silicon bronze?

Bronze isn't going to take the heat well. Melting point is like 1150 degrees.

Well jet I'd take it to you but I'm planning on running close to 30 psi and idk if I trust it to hold. I wanna fill it up with steel if possible.

That is what you are looking for. An O2 housing with a flange that completely blocks off your wastegate port.
