need advice clean title with accident + rebuilt title questions

I was wondering how hard would it be to insure and the increase in premium for each of the situations below(estimates or good guessing are welcomed).

situation 1: Accident; needed bumper replacement and some other things. Clean title but will show accident on record.

situation 2: Accident; suspension + other parts needed to be replaced totaled over 1000+ so title is now rebuilt.

situation 1 would be pretty cheap considering a it was only a minor fender bender
situation 2 will also be cheap because of the salvage title that is now on your vehicle.

what do you mean by cheap? like the increase in premium wouldn't be too much?

You likely won't be able to put full coverage on incident #2, #1 will be no different from a regular car.
