Curt just wanted to mention that I see I am signed up on your list as #35 and the Galant as my car. But I don't see me on there anywhere for my DSM. I entered both cars. That going to screw anything up when I show up on Sunday?

Nope, it will be fine. Technically you can only sign up one car per e-mail address. As long as you are on there once, that will be fine.

meet at the menards parking lot at 10:15 (or 10:00am for you slow people). we leave at 10:30.
take 94 west to the Maple Grove Parkway exit (used to be 95th ave) in Maple Grove. go left at the light at the top of the exit ramp, and you will see menards on your right after you go over the freeway.

Hey guys,
Brent Rau called me last night. Sounds like he should be at the Cookout on Sunday. That will be awesome to see his beast again. Last time he made the Cookout was 1999. I couldn't find his Osofast Racing website, but here are some pics of his Eclipse from 2004:

He holds the DSM 1/4 mile record at 6.97 at 198mph. It will be an honor to have the fastest DSM on planet Earth at the All Mitsu Cookout.

Hey everyone,
The All Mitsu Cookout is upon us. Only 48 hours away now! We've got 174 sign ups. I'm sure that will climb a little more. And even if you get up on Sunday and decide, "Jeez, I should go to that Cookout thingy", you can still show up the day of the show and register and pay. We can handle walk ups.
When you get to the Rogers Middle School, turn right at the stoplight. That front lot is for the participants. If you are coming just to spectate, or you don't have a Mitsu, you should park in the spectator lot. So drive past the stoplight and take the next right. The lot behind the school is for spectators. Here is a map to help:

As I mentioned before, we'll be doing a slow drags competition around 2:30pm. Anyone can enter. You try and go from one point to another as slow as you can without stopping or hitting the brakes (e-brake included) Longest time wins a t-shirt. We'll ask for a $2 fee to enter the slow drags. Should be a lot of fun.
You can still pre-pay me the $5 registration fee. Send a paypal to cgendron@mail.com If you don't have paypal, don't sweat it. Just pay at the show.
Also, you can be prepared by making your car sign before the show. And bring a lawn chair for hanging out. The weather is looking great too. The Cookout goes from 11am to 4pm this Sunday. Get ready for the biggest and best All Mitsu Cookout yet!!
later,
Curt
