New Beater

I picked up a new car for my DD and to run at the Spectator Drags out at RacewayPark.

1991 Galant VR-4 (1200/2000)

I swapped the bad tranny with Vassil's old 92 tranny, T-case, and rear subframe with 4bolt rear. Next is an E-Bay FMIC and a walbro with some 660s, and hooking up my old S-afc.

It's a deffinetly a beater but it has a solid driveline now and once I get the idle surge taken care of it will be ready to smoke those domestics out on the circle track this year.

Must be, I've had 6 of them. I sold all but two of them to people from out of state.

I'd give it a 7 out 10, It has a tear in the drivers seat but otherwise is pretty good

177,000 but I'm dropping in a stock rebuild shortblock with about 20K on it and my Lasers old ported head later this spring.
