MAP Stage 4 Ported Head
Supertech Dual Valve Springs

MAP Intercooler Kit utilizing EBAY core...Apparently they aren't that bad ;)
Precision SC6152S Turbocharger
Peak Performance Manifold
Sheet Metal Intake Manifold
Q45 90mm Throttle Body
GM MAF-T
DSMlink
1600cc Injectors
Aeromotive AFPR

Run Specifics:

25 psi on E85 fuel
Street tires

And yes, we drove it 250 miles there and back while averaging 17 mpg :)

With the latent heat of evaporation of ethanol, you possibly don't even need an intercooler, so that doesn't really tell much about the eBay core. Cars that run 100% ethanol or methanol don't use intercoolers at all.

Shane, you are correct in that regard, but keep in mind this is E85 not pure ethanol/methanol. As far as the difference between an ebay core and a spearco core and the like it will be harder to see with this setup.

Brent took the intecooler off his car and his traps went up almost 10mph the next time out. The intercooler was just a restriction on his car.
