I'm thinking about getting some turbo manifolds, with a 16g turbo. Any suggestions on anything that you guys have used and experienced with? I was planning on the Mitsubishi Evo III mainfold.
If this helps I'm also getting 75mm Magnus TB, and Magnus intake manifold.
Or if also there is better throttle bodies and intake... please let me know.
This will be for my 92 GSX!

We run manifolds, not headers. ;)
DNP makes a nice low budget manifold that would work nicely.
Not much better than the Magnus intake. The 75mm might be a little over-kill for a 16g though.
I would suggest a bigger turbo (20g or .50 trim) before I started looking at intake manifolds.

Whats a good turbo brand or is any .50 trim good?

PTE, Forced Performance, Innovative, Turbonetics, etc.
The FP Green is a really nice bolt-on turbo that uses a little older technology, but works well. You might be able to find a used one at a good price.
Any turbo using the newer GT wheels are nice.

How new are we talking about here? Past year, two, three?

EVOIII exhaust manifold is a good upgrade and will go perfectly with a 16G. FP sells some complete turbo packages you might want to look into.

That new Slow Boy Racing exhaust manifold looks nice, outflows an Evo 3. Also, when you do upgrade to a larger turbo, there is an external wastegate flange on the manifold. I'd suggest just a plain old 2G manifold, because they're cheap, keep the stock intake manifold for awhile, and get a larger turbo instead ;)

I've read in here, that most people said that they should of stuck with the B16g and max it out. Instead of jumping to a 50 trim, but then people skipped both of them haha. I've never really thought about anything higher than a B16g, but .50Trim is so commonly used. So what do you guys say?

I personally say go with any variation of the 16G instead of a 50-trim. A lot of people will disagree with me, but its my personal opinion. Its easier to setup and tune, quicker spool, and properly setup and tuned will be faster than a lot of the 50-trim cars around. There is a lot more to making a car fast than slapping a huge turbo on it, you need all the proper equipment surrounding the turbo too. I prefer a more well-rounded car, possibly milder setup, for a street car than a lot of people do; but I also value overall performance (not just straight line speed), reliability, and durability fairly highly.
