View Full Version : What do you do for a living?
I work for Alliant Techsystems Inc in Accounts Payable as the full time gig.
Do some side work in bookkeeping a few hours a week.
Start school up again Labor Day weekend.
Eventually I am working for 1 of 2 things. Financial Analyst job or start my own consulting firm for financials. Obviously after I'd get my CPA and get another 5-8 years of experiance after completing my degree.
If I'm not making 75-80k a year by the time I'm 40 I will be pissed.

I just finished my chemical engineering degree at the U of M. I'm moving to Austin TX in a week to start work for Samsung Austin Semiconductors. If I don't like it, I think I'll move back and get an MBA in engineering management. I'm not looking forward to becoming an old person...
I'm the Accounts Payable Supervisor and also manage payroll for Rust Consulting, Inc. It's a claims administration firm downtown Mpls. I love what I do. I don't think I could ever me a numbers cruncher. :D

I am the Technical Support Manager for Bixby Energy Systems. I have been here for 3 years and it is pretty cool. We were a startup company when I started, but we are growing rapidly now. I am still going to school for a BA degree in Business Management, then a masters after that.
