Would anybody be willing to help me out. I think my mas took a poop on the talon, as the car runs but it dies almost immediatly and I have tons of codes when its on.
Also the safc reads 100% throttle when the car is off, and when on. The codes are as follows:
p0115 engine coolant temperature circuit
p0110 Intake air temperature circuit
p0100 Mass or Volume air flow circuit
p0105 Manifold absolute pressure/barometric pruessure circuit
These pop up 10 seconds after I start the car and hold the gas to keep her going. The car also is running way rich, it smells like when you start up a boat after priming the hell out of it.
I called my work {work at nissan} and one of my techs said that is sounds like a ecm fuse that blew or the mas.
Would anybody be willing to swap a mas to see if thats what my problem is?
I live in plymouth, and have access to beer :D

when I had my safc 2 plugged into my car on a safc 1 harness the cables didnt align up properly and i didnt get any throttle.....100% throttle seems like a different problem completely...but I would take care of that one first, since the TPS is pretty simple to figure out.

Thats just it alex its not the tps. I was intalling my egt/boost gauges and moving my favorite blinky gauge that we all love so much, (I had everything hooked up to see if it worked right before i put everything back together and everything worked perfect.) I forgot to wrap the o2 wire with tape and it contacted another wire {power?) and then the O2 gauge died and the safc read 34% then I shut off the car and clipped the wires on the O2 gauge and taped the unit off, and started the car again. Thats when the car began to run like shit, and pull the "trifecta" of codes and it ran like shit. I know it not to be the tps thats the problem. It is either A]the MAS or B] the ECM.
I dont think its the ECM because all the power in the car works properly, the car starts and it runs (somewhat) and the codes lead me to believe that its a MAS. Thats why I want to check it with a good one before I drop money on a new one.

I'd say just swap parts with a buddy and see if the symptoms follow. rather then debate what it could or might be.

Maybe you messed up your O2 sensor. The signal wire going to power could have shorted something out.

I just talked to a master technician at work and he said it sounds like an ecm fuse. He said because the car still has power and still turns over it is very possible that it is in safe mode. He told me to check all the fuses, reset the ecm, check the mas connections.
Where is the ecm fuse? I think its under the dash [says room] but I cant remember.

okay, so I checked the airflow reading on the safc and its not reading at all, still 3 hz even when on. Would anybody be willing to swap their MAS for like 10 minutes to see if thats definatly the problem? Pleeaassee. : )

Make sure your Safc is set to Karman(sp?)and not Hot wire as it will have the same issues.

safc is on karman, I just need somebody, anybody, whos close to me to swing by and see if thats actually the problem.... I have beer : ) or if anybody has an extra 2g mas or know of somebody who has one and would be willing to part with it I would gladly take it off your hands for a reasonable price.
