that pulley/damper is most definetly held on by that large bolt. it is not like a dsm. :(
Liar. It is a tight fit, but the pulley will come off with large bolt on there. The washer on the large bolt is very close to the size of the inside of the pulley though. If there is corrosion it can take some persuasion to get it off. You might want to try an electric impact on it. I have a pretty beefy one (7 amps) that might have a chance at taking one off. Probably not though.
