I'm glad to hear that it was something simple, good luck....and please, for the love of god, post times lower then 12.5 ok? thats 14b territory!!!
Hey, it was a 12.4@99! :D

I am now being sent out of town even earlier, so hopefully the car is going again tonight. I will only have one more day after this to work on it.

Well I don't know what the fuck is up with it now. I replaced the TOB and that didn't fix it. I can slowly push in the clutch and the twin disk will start to rattle then I push it in further and it makes a god awful noise like a bad bearing. It only does it with the clutch pushed in. The fingers were sitting like normal with it apart and none of the disks looked fragged. I am wondering if maybe I welded one of the disks to the plate? It is a quartermaster twin disk for those that don't know.

My patience is growing thin, I don't have the time to work on this thing all the time.

maybe you overextended the fingers. aren't you supposed to run a pedal-stop with the QM?

Hmm. Do you have full throw on the clutch system? Does the fork look worn?

Is this a clutch from Devo Tuning? If so, I'd suggest getting ahold of Vassil as he has been having a number of issues with his twin disc.

Yes it is from Devo. I have never heard of using a clutch stop. The clutch fork is a new billet one. Engagement is right in the middle and I do not use an extended slave rod. When it is making the noise it will not fully disengage some of the time.

The clutch fork seems to be moving properly. The rattling (normal) happens 1/3 of the way down, like normal. Get to 1/2 way and that is when the screaching starts.

I have no idea for your clutch, but a clutch pedal stop is sometimes needed with multi disk clutches.

Do you have an old ACT layin around? You could always toss something like that in there so you can get er on the dyno :) I guess that might just be a huge waste of time, but it seems you have one main issue at hand and it could probably be fixed by switching to a 6 puck or something.

Jet is on a plane right now so his car will not be going on the dyno.
