Nice! Be sure to block the vents behind there, otherwise your a/c and/or heat will fill your dash before you get to feel it :)
Thats what I thought too. So I took the little flapper thing out of the old one and shoved it in there and it fits perfectly. I may put like tape over it or something like that.
As for the glove box... I dont see why you couldnt make something out of FG.
