It comes formated without any O/S software. No monitor, no speakers. It does have a power cord, but that's the only accessory it comes with. This was my daily used computer up until I got my new one. It works great for just surfing the web, downloading music and porn, and anything along those lines. Definitely NOT a gaming PC. Just a good home PC to do your everyday stuff on.
