Description: Black 1997 Eclipse GSX w/ all the goodies! This car has been my baby for the last two years. I have not taken any shortcuts, as it has been my DAILY DRIVER and I wanted it to be reliable (and it has been!). I bought the car with the 6-bolt swap in it, and noticed some things that weren't done correctly. Out came the motor and tranny for a new clutch, new water pump, new timing parts, and balance shaft elimination. It was re-installed with poly motor mounts all around. Anytime there was a leak or a broken bolt, I'd do something else as preventative maintenance. I've since replaced everything from the transmission axle seals to the driveshaft yolk.

The 6-bolt motor actually has 35k miles LESS than the car has. The chassis has 100k miles on it right now, the 6 bolt has only 65k. I recently had a compression and leakdown test done, and the results were near perfect. Contact me if you'd like the numbers. Head is flawless, no lifter tick. It's possible it was rebuilt before going onto this car, as it is in perfect shape.

This car has been great for me. It is a real head turner. 30% tint all around. No low-ball offers, and serious inquiries only please.
