Ecu blew a M5269L

Not sure what happened but it blew. I was going to see if there was anybody on here with any experience on soldering small electrical circuitry? I can upload an image. I idk if I can pull this one off but if I do its not going to look very good.

Found out that the non eprom ecu version of this guy has the same circuitry for the ic as the one with the burnt out ic. Looks like a little bit of a job and ill have to add some little jumper wires into the mix to get passed the singed end of whats left... but.. she might run again............................................. .................................................. .................... Now if I could only find out what the ic are being used for.
