FS: 1995 Eagle Talon TSI AWD 5spd (Clean & stock but needs work)

!!NEEDS HEADGASKET, CLUTCH AND REAR WHEEL BEARING!!
(New clutch, rear wheel bearing w/ axle shaft included with sale!)

1995 Eagle Talon TSI AWD 5spd (110k miles)

$1800obo (OR BEST OFFER! motivated seller!)

I bought this car at 78k, it had been in storage for some time. It had 3 dead mice in it and smelled like piss, (literally piss everywhere.) I stripped the entire interior minus the dash and scrubbed it down (hand washed and disinfected every interior piece including carpet) and undercoated the inside. It still has a faint smell at times, I don't notice it anymore and just keep an air freshener in it. No wires chewed up anywhere I could see.

Here are the things I've done to the car and good things:
(78k)
Timing belt, balance belt/ tensioner and pulleys
Both front upper ball joints
Both front lower control arms (RF again at 107k)
4 wheel alignment
Lf axle seal
Mitsu diaqueen trans fluid
driveline standard fluid
Front wheel bearings
All new drive belts
Spark plugs
Fuel filter
Slave cylinder
(102k) idle air control motor
Oil change every 3k
Magnaflow muffler
Kenwood deck
Evo wheels with newer tires
Greddy Type S bov
I have daily driven this car since I've had it from stillwater to Roseville and it's been a great car. Windows, locks, defrost, a/c, pwr driver seat, cruise, sunroof all work.

What it needs/ not so good things:
Head gasket is leaking oil out the RF corner and is beginning to burn coolant. The oil leaked onto the clutch and the clutch gets a slight chatter at times. I rarely have to add much oil between oil changes but it leaves oil on driveway.
The clutch is starting to slip at times when under heavy load (3rd, 4th or 5th gear 1/2 to 3/4 throttle).
I do have an Exedy OEM replacement clutch to go with the car.
Right rear wheel bearing is noisey, it is not loose but makes noise, this just started 6 months ago, I bought a new bearing and used axle shaft just haven't installed them yet. (Also will go with the car)
- typical dsm things:
Headliner is sagging just a little in the front.
Sunroof drips after heavy rain and u take a quick corner.
Also the shade is sticky. (I just leave it open)
Hatch shocks don't work.
Windshield washer spray doesn't work.
Car was missing a coolant overflow when I bought it, I installed a Apple juice bottle, been working fine.
Abs light is on and has been since I bought it.
The left front fender was damaged from previous owner when a balljoint let go on him, I have a grey fender and side skirt cap to go with the car.
RF fender has a dent from some asshole hitting me and driving off.
(can see in pics)
Rear thumb spoiler is fading.
Driver seat cushion is torn.
rust is starting on strut towers but not bad.

The car is driveable, after a 30min drive and it cools down I have to add about a water bottle of coolant. Its has currently been sitting in my driveway and Ive been driving my 1g. I recommend replacing the headgasket ASAP. I hate to let this car go since all the DSMs I see are hacked to sh*t but it's time for something newer.
