Good question, I know they have different amperages and are different part numbers but I am not sure if the connectors and mounting points are the same.

I am pretty sure they are the same, if I remember correctly the only ones that are different are the 2G autos and the ones that come from Canada since its the law that you have to have daytime running light.

well I have my 2G alternator on my 6bolt so It does bolt up for sure.
