WTB FP Race Manifold Heat Shield

Looking at possibly covering up the FP race Manifold since I didn't get it coated, anyone have one they are willing to sell?

Looking for the same thing here. If I am not mistaken, FP advises against coating it (forum read). So not sure! Anyway, looked around and the only option I came across was $159 I think Extreme PSI?. Buschur has one for stock 2g or evo 3 manifolds for $99. I am considering that and adapting it to the FP mani.

Ceramic coating it would likely be the cheaper route to take. I've never had an issue coating a cast iron exhaust manifold so I don't see why anyone would advise against it. Just make sure it's coated both internally and externally. I'm not sure who still offers coating up there, but my go-to for porting and coating these days is Ruben @ SoCal Porting.

Re: WTB FP Race Manifold Heat Shield

I ended up going with the manifold blanket from ExtremePSI and it works great, I highly recommend it!
