Angry AWD swap cutting subframe bolts

Alright guys so i'm getting ready for my AWD swap and I can not for the life of me get the 2 subframe bolts that are nearest the rear seats. The problem i'm having is getting something down there to cut the top of the bolt free from the metal holding it in. I got the 2 that are in the trunk up fairly easily since they are close to the top.
Here are some pics of what i'm talking about.
How did you guys go about cutting these 2 out?
As you can see in the pic on the left that the bolt is probably 1"-2" down from the top sheet metal compared to the back bolts (pic on right)

Re: AWD swap cutting subframe bolts

Alright guys so after a closer look I think I figured it out. If this is it, this will be a huge time saver/ missed step in the conversion how to. If you look in the pic on the left. under the rusty looking cap for the subframe bolt you can see the hard lines. Just to the right of those lines are spot welds. They look to be holding that cap on.
I'm charging the drill now and will take more pics/ find an answer to this.
Heres a pic of the spot welds

To those of you who I confused..I'm sorry for my lack of references/ description that I butchered. Thanks for the help!
A little more rust appeared in the frame rail.
