Exclamation 3Si help!

So there's a few pictures of my buddy Kory's car. He's had the shell for under 2 years but has been trying to put together a car for over 3. He started with a '91 R/T N/T and worked his way to this ES swapped to R/T TT FWD. He didn't like how it was when he got it so he did the following:

Rebuilt the engine with a factory forged crank, TT pistons & R/T rods (I believe...on the rods, for sure TT NPR pistons)
Swapped the automatic out for a manual
Swapped the interior from the '93 ES interior to the '91 R/T interior for the electronic HVAC controls
Did the various body work
Installed an intercooler
Had a 3" exhaust made.

...and here we are today. It's been three years (give or take), and still he is unable to get the car to run. Idling is no issue, for awhile. Then he says the car floods out.

He's since gotten an adjustable FPR and set the fuel pressure.

So what I would like to know is if there is anyone willing to lend a helping hand? To my buddy and I. He's to the point where he has the car parked out next to highway 10 for sale.

I can't bear see the car get sold as I have many hours into myself.

Thanks for reading and I look forward to getting this thing on the road (hopefully!).

Re: 3Si help!

1) It is a 3/s (3000gt/stealth) 3Si is a website for 3000gt/stealth international.

2) I see no mention of ECU swap/wiring/etc; probably the culprit lies in there.

1. Darn.

2. Engine year matched engine harness and TT ECU.

Kory said he talked to a guy out of Wisconsin that owns nine of these and works on the quite often. He suggested the IAC being an issue..with carbon building up on them. I think Kory meant TPS? Not sure.

Anyway he swapped it out with one he had and the car turned over and idled. Then it died and wouldn't get fuel. He claims the battery had to be jumped so I suggested getting a new one. He's rewired the pump so it most definitely will get power if the battery can supply it.
