Unique turbo Questions

Will the seals from a 9b work on a 13g?

Running 16psi on a 13G, will i gain anything by upgrading my intercooler form the stock side mount to an FMIC or larger SMIC?

A FMIC will always help. Don't worry about the seals on a 13g, just get a used 14b. It is quite a bit bigger and they are cheap.

not as much as going to a 14b or even a 16g would make...

Still wondering about this. I've got a couple of good 9b's laying around and a blown 13g in my car. I'm not going to upgrade if i can use those seals.

Re: Unique turbo Questions

have you ever rebuilt a turbo? you do know it has to be reblanced after you take it apart. It will be a hell of alot cheaper to pick up a 14b or a 16g and a 2g manifold

Not when you include the cost of injectors. My 390's won't keep up with a 14B.

I'm going to disagree with you omgawd. A 14b and 2g mani can be obtained for less than a 100. Pick up some 450s, 5speed ecu, and a 5speed FPR. All of that can be bought for around 175 and then you'll be making mad powa.
