1g 2g swap electrical ??

I am almost complete with my 1g 2g swap to go into the car but had a few final questions. I have a 95 tsi and am putting in a 91 complete motor and head. I have not touched the CAS at all on the 91 motor. What steps do i take on this since the vfaq was a bit too much at once on this subject. What wiring do i do and since i didnt touch the CAS i dont need to redo the timing do i? Let me know what you think.

Also i am assuming that if i run the 1g plug setup that i still need to switch the plug wires and injector pinouts right?

Re: 1g 2g swap electrical ??

The CAS you take the blue wire from the crank angle sensor on the 2G and wire it with the 3 wires for the stock 2g CAS to the 1G CAS. I havent heard anything about the injectors but I know you need to do the plugs. Go to magnusmotorsports.com they have a nice wiring diagram for ya.
