'92 Eagle Talon TSi need to move quickly

111,000 great shape. While driving to coffee store, the timing belt jumped, does not run any more. It has American Racing wheels, new tires, new Alpine Stereo with Infinity speakers. Body is mint, no crashes or rust. We want to get it to someone who will fix it up rather than donate to someone that will crush it. It is at a garage where we had it towed to have it looked at, and where they suggested this kind of site. Even the mechanics don't want to see it crushed, but we need to get it out of their parking lot soon. Best offer, need to know by Sept. 23 or it must go.
