FS: Built Evo 9 GSR w/SSL 894/714 shootout mode at DB.

***$22K as is with the broken transmission***

Apex Silver Evo 9 GSR with SSL package. 93K on the chassis. Never used in winter. I'm in MN with the car, I live in FL and the car is registered there, I have the title in hand with no lein. Receipts from Buschur for the engine build, DBPerformance for the surge tank setup and E98 tune and MAP for the original transmission stuff are ~$35K. Not counting what I originally paid for the car, the Volk Wheels($2800), RS3 tires($1000).

Engine:
BR 2.3RPM
BR Stage 3 Head
Cosworth M2 cams
BR V-band 6466 turbo kit. Manifold made by Shearer
BR Downpipe
AMS Cat-back
BR LICP
BR Race FMIC
ETS UICP
TiAL Q BOV
BR Ported 65mm throttle body
BR Ported Intake Manifold
SpoolinUP COP
Series 2 AEM EMS
Two 3/4" breathers come off of the valve cover and go to a catch can that I had made.

Fuel System:
BlaqOps double pumper w/2x Walbro 255s. 2nd pump controlled by a hobbs switch. These feed the surge tank
Aluminum surge tank in the trunk
Magnafuel 4303 fuel pump pulls from surge tank and feeds the fuel rail.
All fuel lines a Push-lok hose.
Aeromotive Fuel Rail
Aeromotive AFPR with gauge.
ID2000 injectors
Optima Red Top is also in the trunk inside a Moroso battery box.
150A breaker close to the battery in the trunk as a safety.

Transmission
QuarterMaster 6-leg twin disk with the new style gear-drive friction disks. Race compound disks.
QuarterMaster hydraulic TOB
MAP Lightweight Flywheel.
Sheptrans Stage 3 T-Case with Wavetrac LSD and REM ISF treatment.
Sheptrans Ultimate Ratio trans w/ REM ISF on parts.
-Input shaft was damaged by the old style QM clutch disks and replaced with OEM fall of 2010.
-4th gear broke 11MAY13, 4th gearset was replaced with OEM
-intermediate shaft replaced when trans was apart to replace 4th as there was a chip found in one of the teeth
-3rd gear broke 26MAY13, I've not drained the fluid yet to see what pieces come out.

Chassis/Brakes
Centric Slotted Rotors-Were new when Ferodo brake pads were added.
Ferodo DS2500 pads-Approx 50% life left
ATE Super Blue Brake Fluid-one month old.
Wheel bearings all replaced in 2009
Apexi N1 coilovers w/Swift Springs
ToxicFab quick release bumper latch kit.

Matte Black 18x9 Volk CE28N with 255-35-18 Hankook RS3s.
Only a few hundred miles on the tires.

NRG Carbon Bucket seats
BR Seat Sliders and lowering brackets
BR Harness Bar, wrinkle black finish
RCI Platinum 6-point Harnesses, SFI tag date of Feb/2013. I have the vouchers for one free recert on each harness.
Autometer dual gauge column pod.
Autometer -30in/hg-45psi gauge
AEM Wideband
Kenwood Deck-I have to lookup what model, it's a few years old. Has USB/AUX/Bluetooth hookups dvd/mp3/cd playback. Will control iPod from the head unit. I do not have the bluetooth setup/never setup a microphone.

The trans/tcase were sent off to shep in fall/winter of 2009. The engine build was done at Buschur in April/May of 2012. Surge tank and E98 tune was done by DBPerformance in MN in FEB2013.

I have the stock ECU if it's needed to pass OBDII smog test, also the stock 3-point seatbelts. The harnesses and harness bar are bolted in.

I have tunes for the AEM for pumpgas(RPM limited due to boost creep) and E85/E70. E85 tune was limited by fuel supply due to stock fuel feed line it had at the time.

Both the pumpgas and E85 tunes were done by Buschur with the stock fuel lines, stock FPR, and no surge tank. They may be a bit rich with the magnafuel pump and bigger pushlok lines.

Car made 894hp/715wtq at 46psi on E98. 773hp/685tq on E85.

E98 tune is spark limited. The SpoolinUP COP couldn't keep up at higher boost and it was turned down to 46-47psi.

There's room to make a lot more power with CDI ignition and bigger cams/IM/TB/exhaust. It will spin the street tires in 3rd as it is which is why I have the drag radials.

3000 miles have been put on the car since it was built at Buschur. I was overseas and not around to drive it much.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some things.

Thanks.

Edit: I have Buschur's E70 and 93 pump tune files for the AEM too. Though, they're probably too rich now that the fuel lines/rail/pump setup have been changed to flow better.

Good luck with Sale, going to be a tough one.

I have found people that want these cars don't ever have cash and need to finance it. So they are typically screwed as they want to finance 30k+ on a car that is only worth like 20k.

Awesome car though! I hope it finds a good home.

I'm posting it mostly just because. If someone has the money, I'll sell it, otherwise I'm not really trying to sell it until mid-end of summer.

Bumpity.

Car is at RS, having the trans looked over and some things replaced after 4th gear broke.

Windshield has been replaced since I posted this too.

Edited some things in OP. Breathers/catch can has been in it and the RCI 5 points installed.

$30k?

It must be because all I do is look at evo's when I'm bored at work, but that seems like a stupid price as in YOU ARE GIVING IT AWAY!.

It could also be this things looks and sounds like an evo with exhaust on it.

Good luck, this car is a crazy sleeper.

It's listed here an EvoMN for 30K. When I get it back from Ron it's going to get listed nationally for more than that.

Bump. Transmission was inspected while it was apart at RS, anything marginally bad was replaced.

Some synchros, one of the shafts and the 4th gearset were replaced.

What happened? Did it strip the gear again on a freshly rebuilt tranny?

RS replaced some synchros, 4th gearset and one of the shafts.

It felt like 3rd gear stripped just like 4th did two weeks ago. It wasn't while shifting into gear, it was a roll on while already in gear.

Ughhh, another stripped gear You should cryo them all!

Selling this car for 25k is a bit sad, you must be sick of it.

Re: FS: Built Evo 9 GSR w/SSL 894/714 shootout mode at DB.

I bet there was some micro cracks or chips on other gear seats from the debris spilled when the 4th was stripped. It looks fine during visual inspection... I'd never reuse anything from a tranny like that, especially the one that is taking 700tq through it. You really did want to get rid of it quick, just slap it together and sell. Car must like you too much, its not ready to go!

Price changed to $22K, no longer comes with the stock wheels/drag radials.

After PG, I'm going to start parting it out.
