FFWD head
Well I just opened the box and took out my head. It's FFWD's stage 1, but I added in the SS stud kit, and the crower spring kit. It looks great, Darren was a great guy to deal with, didn't try to sell me something more then what I would need for my application. Great turnaround time, I'd recommend them to anyone. Here's a couple quick shots I took of it in the garage!

Re: FFWD head
Nice, looks good! I always thought they did great port-work and sold great heads.

Looks good. I moved this thread to the off topic section since it doesn't seem like you are asking any technical questions about it. If you are then it can be moved back to tech.

Re: FFWD head
Looks good. I don't see much for porting at all though. Stage I must be basically just cleaning the rough cast inside the ports.

Re: FFWD head
Yup I think all he does with a Stage 1 is clean up some of the casting. I wasn't looking for a race head with tons of porting. I just wanted my head cleaned up, with stiffer springs, and that's exactly what I got. We're bbqing over here right now, drinkin beers, I don't think we're getting it put fully on tonight, but we'll see.
