2004 Mitsu Endeavor AWD - $4900 - price reduced - SE Minneapolis/St. Paul area

Was $6500. I knocked down the price by $1600 because it has power steering issues. I'm done dealing with it, I don't have the time or the patience. The dealer is telling me that a repaired high pressure hose has a fitting that is constricting the flow of power steering fluid and this is the likely cause of the issue. I'm done dealing with it. The hose is $48 online. It's got a brand new pump in it also after all of this.

The power steering DOES work. Just not at an idle.

- 116k miles
- Oil changes always done w/ synthetic
- 3.8L V-6 w/ 225hp
- Black with black interior. Paint is in great shape, and was recently *fully* repainted due to the Mitsubishi black paint recall.
- All wheel drive
- Aftermarket stereo
- New Hankook DynaPro AT tires (about $700). These are all-season tires, but they are GREAT in the snow.
- New brake pads
- New FRAME mounted Curtis 2" receiver hitch (never used even once) and trailer light hookup interface box thingy (this was like $650 worth of stuff)
- 2 year old Odyssey AGM battery. These things are indestructable. This battery will never strand you in the cold.
- HID headlight and ballast conversion.
- LED tail light conversion
- Rear cargo cover/shield
- Rear child restraint hooks for car seats

Great vehicle for the winter or year round.

Re: 2004 Mitsu Endeavor AWD - $5800

Photos added.

So here's the deal on the power steering. I had a hose get a huge leak and had it replaced. When I got it back, I was having the problem with weak power steering at low RPM's. The shop decided the pump was bad so I had it replaced. It still had the problem, so they thought they got a bad pump and put in another. Same issue.

When they originally replaced the line, they repaired it because no one had it in stock. It appears that one of the fittings from the metal line to the flexible rubber one is smaller than the original, constricting the flow of fluid. I verified with the deal that this is likely the problem, and they said it's VERY unlikely that it's the rack. I'm sick of dealing with it. $5400 for this thing is a damn good price, someone buy it.

Here is the part, it's $49:

If I'm not rid of this thing by Monday or Tuesday, I'm going to fix it and raise the price.
