Re: PG-Stock Appearing, who's going to be in it?
The class is called stock appearing. If the car came stock with a mass it wouldn't appear stock without one. You could always completely gut the stock mass and put it in the intake pipe. To me the point of the class it to be creative and find ways to make your "stock appearing" car faster then the others.

Re: PG-Stock Appearing, who's going to be in it?
Stock appearing. Whiners move to SA-U!
I raced a DSM with a Hahn 20G turbo on it and external waste gate, pretty weak. Instead of calling him out on it, I just beat him down the track
With the level of competition at these events I don't mind a few details getting overlooked, but it would be nice if more people made a more serious effort to go for the true spirit of the class.

Don't worry the SA class is faster than you guys anyways!
Not everyone will agree with the rules but you sure have plenty of time to make your car fit in the class or keep complaining!

Re: PG-Stock Appearing, who's going to be in it?
I thought for some reason manifolds were allowed in stock appearing, that is the reason I thought adding a MAS required point was weird. No worries, I'll just class up then.

Re: PG-Stock Appearing, who's going to be in it?
Well, I started building a new motor for this event last night. This time I am going to keep it very simple and just use the damn turbo to make power. Not sure how competitive a bone stock motor is going to be, but I should be back out there
