FS: 1991 Talon TSI auto. Bone stock

Well it’s time for me to sell my panda. The car has been really good to me considering I’ve driven it from Chicago to Minneapolis 7 or so times and never encountered a single problem. The car is bone stock other than the emissions being removed. It has 145,2xx miles on it. I’m just looking for something more fuel efficient. This car does get on average 23mpg but I’m looking to get a Honda since I drive back and forth so much. It’s got all maintenance done and ready to go!

The good:
Converted to all 5 speed stuff (cams, ecu, injectors, fuel pressure regulator, 14b turbo with 7cm housing)
2g exhaust manifold
New radiator
All new coolant hoses (along with new coolant)
All new belts including timing belt
New brakes
New water pump
New spark plug wires and plugs
New ball joints, axle, tie rod end
Autometer boost gauge
Body is in excellent shape with no dents
New headliner
New fuel filter
New front speakers
New transfer case and rear diff fluid (mobile1 synthetic)
Power windows and locks
Sunroof DOESN’T leak
New tabs

The bad:
2 spots of rust. (driver side rear quarter panel, driver side front fender) Very easily fixable, barely showing through paint.
Bottom of front seats are torn up a bit
Rear hatch struts don’t work (obviously)
Has ABS but the fuse was pulled (I don’t consider it a bad thing)
Key only works in driver’s door
Bottom part of throttle body is blocked off. Still kept the ISC motor. (fixed idle surge)
Oil cooler is by-passed

This has been a very good daily driver for me and I’d love to keep it, but like I said I need something that gets better gas mileage. I have gotten many compliments on how clean it is. I am not looking for trades unless you have a very fuel efficient reliable car. I’m looking to get $2,700 OBO.

My name is Andy Nash and you can call/text 651 247 5990 for more info.

The car is located in IL with me right now but I do come back to MN every other weekend or so if anyone wants to come take a look at it. Also it will be coming with stock wheels with brand new tires if price is met. Otherwise some steelies with pretty decent tires.

UPDATE: Vid of me driving the car around

I've seen it in person and can say it is in nice shape. If I didn't already have a daily I'd be all over this.

Re: FS: 1991 Talon TSI auto. Bone stock

I'm coming back to MN this weekend if anyone wants to check the car out. But I will warn you it's a little dirty at the moment.. This is how the car sits right now.

(The hatch that's on the car is not the hatch it will come with. This is the hatch of 123abc's car when he wanted the hatch off my shell)

Only the parts listed from a 5speed are from a manula. (cams, 14b, injectors, ecu...) The car is still an auto.

Yup, the car is still an auto. Tranny shifts great too. I did convert the auto shifter to a manual lookin one with a shift boot and manual knob though.
