Powdercoating Need Help

First thing, I am looking to have a few things powder coated to match the body of my car. It is Barcelona red pearl (the maroon color). Does anybody know where I can get powder that will match, or be very close?

Second, I have some ideas of what I want to get powder coated but I'm looking for input to what others think as well.

my list:
valve cover
cold air intake
BOV top to match

I think intercooler piping would be a little much.

Any info is appreciated, thanks.

Tim has done a ton of stuff for me and does great work!

They also have a ton of samples at the shop and can order pretty much any color under the rainbow. Give them a call, text or pm on here and I'm sure they'd be more than willing to help you decide!

Re: Powdercoating Need Help

Ok, I'll give them a call.

I guess I forgot to mention though that I am looking for the actual powder, I have a local friend that does powder coating and he needs some test pieces. Figured it was worth a shot and nice to help out if I can find a color to work.

Otherwise does anyone has any suggestions as far as what to have powder coated in the engine bay? I want to have it so it adds a little character

Re: Powdercoating Need Help

Ppl do random pieces like radiator brackets, catch can, coolant reservoir, or intercooler piping like you said but might be too much.

Re: Powdercoating Need Help

I think if you did the valve cover and the bov in the red and then any other little brackets that you wanted done and intercooler/intake pipe in like a wrinkle black it would look pretty good. Too much of the red wouldn't look good in my opinion, but its your car so do what you think would look good!

Re: Powdercoating Need Help

That's a good idea. I never thought of doing the wrinkle black on small brackets an other things.

Also I think I have found a color that would match pretty close to my car.
