Well i havent had this car running for long, but i would like to own another VW, and or something more daily driveable.

Some info:
The Motor has 883 miles on it(maybe 833) either way, its new.
The shell has just under 100k and it is clean in the sence that there is No rust. Has some dings and one dent, paint is faded and it has a broken tail light.

Lets cut to the chase, Here's the list:
MAPerformance stage 1 2.0 shortblock - 6 Bolt
-Hot tank/boil block
-Polished crank
-Balanced
-ACL Race series main and rod bearings
-Overbore with torque plate
-Fully decked
-Mahle 8.5:1 Forged pistons
-Eagle rods
-Balance shafts eliminated
-New front case: Oil pump, oil pump drive gear, oil pump driven gear
Head:
-Used good condition cylinder head that was rebuilt as well
-Brian crower valve springs and retainers
-new exhause and intake oil seals
-5 angle valve job

-16 Gallon Fuel cell
-280 fuel pump
-255 inline fuel pump
-Adjustable Fuel pressure regulator
-Front mount intercooler
-HKS BOV
-Small 16g
-Pacesetter tubular manifold
-Fidanza 3.2 Clutch and pressure plate/throwout bearing
-boost and A/F gauges on A pillar
-Adjustable throttle cable
-3 inch turbo back exhaust
-gates racing timing belt

The car is by no means mint. however this wasnt meant to look nice. I purchased it in hopes to one day make it a track car, however i am left without a daily driver right now.

UPDATE 4/8 : The car runs and drives now! Shifts better than ever!

Price as of 4/21 will be $2,000 cash FIRM. This car needs to leave, Come drive it home today!

I hate to say it, but a rough non-driving DSM is going to be a hard sell at $3500 when you can get a much cleaner, perfectly running one for that or less.

Just because you spent a lot of money on it doesn't mean the car is worth any more to someone else.

Just saying its hard to build it for that price, with all those parts.

If you guys want parts make me an offer on the longblock, shortblock, what ever you need.

Take the entire car for 2800 FIRM, thats what i paid for the bottom end.
I need it gone by the 26th.

Re: FS: 92 Laser AWD

Figure about $.50 on the dollar for good condition used parts. I sold my built 2.4 for less than half of what it would cost me to replace it, same thing with the FP turbo and BR 3.5" exhaust I'm now selling. And now with the bad economy and everybody parting out or selling their cars, everybody is looking for a deal.

Not sure where it came from to be honest, the previous owner put it in. Thats the in tank pump and then it has a 255 inline.

This, and, good parts are worth nothing if they have been installed wrong and/or damaged by noob owners

Re: FS: 92 Laser AWD

I'm selling the entire car for 2500, It's going to have to be towed. im sick of dealing with it and i have tried everything to get it to go into gear. That is a very fair price for a built motor that isnt even broken in yet, a good small 16g turbo, the fuel parts, the clean tan interior, and the drive axles/diffs are all good.

I cannot part this car out, i have no place to do it at. Since i cannot figure out why it wont go into gear i cant drive it to the shop and i don't have any extra money to tow it.
