Anyone that is interested in going with me for a bomber run this week before the cruise, PM me. I'll be going on a weekday afternoon to scout out the route.

Mike, looks like I've got too many client meetings tomorrow and Thursday to make this work, otherwise I'd be totally down.

Odds of ending up Turbo Drunk just went way up.

Preferably you guys could go in something more fuel efficient to not burn up every cent the site comes out with from the cruise registration fees

Tits. Thursday is sounding better for me. What's the Raptor get for mileage? Both my cars get ~20ish.

^That comes out to about $50 worth of gas; shouldn't be a problem. I just need to make sure the site is left over with something after paying for bomber run gas and everyone's brewery tour fee.

I gave the king room to bramagedained. With the weather I am not going to be heading down. I have too much other stuff going on at the house right now to go if the drive isn't going to be fun. Soon the house will be done and I won't have to worry about it, looking forward to that day! Have fun guys.

Re: MitsuStyle Spring 2013 cruise - April 20 & 21 - New Ulm, MN
In case anyone cares, we have E85 stops covered. If you cannot for some reason make it the 211 miles our route takes to New Ulm on a single tank, we have an emergency pit-stop in Mankato (there's two actually), so if you must stop, get off, gas up, and catch up!
Oh, and I'll say this only once--bring an extra 5-gallon container. Just in case. Just do it.

Re: MitsuStyle Spring 2013 cruise - April 20 & 21 - New Ulm, MN
^Ha! I'm just remembering what kind of mileage I got in my Evo, no way would I have made it 211 miles on my e85 tune. 190 was pushing it for highway driving, I'd go maybe 120 miles on a cruise. The last cruise I brought it on before I sold it I got 8.9 mpg on the way to the destination.

Re: MitsuStyle Spring 2013 cruise - April 20 & 21 - New Ulm, MN
My talon typically gets about 240 per tank under 'Style cruise conditions, so I should be OK.

Re: MitsuStyle Spring 2013 cruise - April 20 & 21 - New Ulm, MN
We have two planned E85 stops during the cruise itself, and one available for the drive home Sunday morning. Fuel will not be an issue. Bring tanks if you want, but in the name of safety I advise against it.

Oh, so we actually are stopping at E85 stations now?
So we don't need to make it 211 miles now?
