Got myself a birthday present: The hyped up 2014 DPMS GEN2 .308 Recon. After reading about the new engineering in the new DPMS introduced at SHOTShow 2014, I had to have one. Titanium firing pin, Monolithic BCG and gas key, 7075 forgings, stainless steel barrel, dual ejectors, the synthetic ejector spring. Cool stuff
I picked up some 20 round PMags and 100 rounds of cheap ball to break the barrel in.
