Re: 1997 white gsx - dedicated track car.

As for the stuff thats wrong with the car. There are now really only 3 things stopping me from moving forward.

1)all the body work he did to the engine bay has to be stripped back down to the metal from what I can tell it looks like he used way to much filler and it's cracked. I sanded down a few areas now and there's no rust at all which was something I was also worried about.
There are also a few scratches by the doors that are down to the metal that I want to get touched up before rust sets in.

2)this was supposed to be a complete engine harness wire tuck which it was till the guy for what ever reason decided to cut (with either a razor blade or scissors) over 1/2 the wires at the ends where the connectors go.
He also cut the headlight wires the same way.

So I'll be getting and OHM harness with the relocation option once I finish up the body work.

3)the wife is wanting me to build one of these cars into a drag car. (She says she's ok with me having 2 if ones a drag car) she hasn't stopped talking about building one since street outlaws event I took her to. But if I do go that route I'd probably go auto.
