I still have my parts from a long time back when I was going to make my own intake manifold for my Talon. I don't even own a DSM anymore so no use for it, lol.
- 4" x 4" x 1/8" wall (16" long) - Square extruded Aluminum to act as plenum
- 4" x 1/2" thick (16" long) - Aluminum plate to act as the bottom of the plenum for radiused holes
- (2) 4" x 4 x 1/2" thick - Aluminum plates to go on the ends of the plenum (one of which you would drill/cut to be TB flange)
- 3/8" thick aluminum Intake Manifold Head flange (I believe these were for 1G sized ports).
Only thing you still need is some 2 1/4" piping for the runners.
