So annoying that something like that could potentially affect your rates. That's why we have insurance, for stuff like this! And here you have a legitimate reason to try and use it, for something wasn't due to any sort of incompetence by the driver but by horseshit roads, you risk a rate increase. Makes no sense to me how they can just do that.
