I will be viewing this tomorrow and hopefully working on making sure it is as efficient as I hope it to be. Definitely not as nice as the one on 7th but I will say that this is much newer mechanically all around and I think that will pay off in the long run. Yes parking is a bit more difficult but then again I can always think about expanding the garage quietly
Nah I shouldn't just for resale and rent-ability in the future when I no longer owner occupy/rent out. But tomorrow being my (21st) birthday, it would make my whole month to write a reasonable offer and make this shit happen. Been working my ass off to get in and get this done on each house but people with LOTS of cash offers are coming in and buying aggressively.
