Agree, but aftermarket, safe, and comfortable (reclinable) start to get more expensive compared to say a pair of Celica seats for $400.

How are you going to do the seat belts? No idea how a stock sc300 seat is setup, if the buckle or lower mount is on the seat itself or to the car. That can make a difference in what seats you can choose. Are you going to make custom mounting brackets for those seats to fit your car?

There are brackets for mounting Evo seats. Otherwise yes custom brackets. I'm pretty sure the belt buckle is mounted to the seat but not sure. All stuff I can figure out as I go though.
