Still sitting in the box, wanted to get everything sorted out with the dealership first! I'll likely install it sometime soon. I am tempted to order the Diablo InTune soon too.
The dry-sump system basically purged oil into the intake pipe and that oil then drained out through the air filter. Chevy initially over-stated the oil capacity so the oil being over-filled is what caused that issue. Since the OEM paper air filter was drenched in oil they replaced it under warranty while only filling the oil to halfway between the min & max mark; I expect a revised dipstick will be made. Luckily I hadn't installed an aftermarket filter or intake yet otherwise it would have been ruined
