Hmmm, that's weird, the tranny shifted great before, although it was much warmer out.
Make sure you have good tranny fluid in there, none of that Mobil 1 garbage.
The speedo thing sucks, but should be easy to redo the needle. I got my fuel gauge needle off when putting my white face gauges on, I still haven't gotten it lined up correctly yet.
