0 gauge from just about anywhere online that isn't a known brand(Monster, Rockford, Metra, etc), will just about always be smaller than actual 0 gauge wire. I really don't recommend cheaping out on it, make sure it is oxygen free copper also because if you run it in your car the wire will oxidize and break.
