-people that purposely drive right next to someone going under the speed limit, just to prevent you from passing them.
-people going slow in the fast lane.
-people that pull out in the fast lane then go slower, or pass you then go slower, or just can't drive a constant speed in general.
-people that buy ricey things that not only look ghetto(like a big silver wing on a red cavalier) but don't add any power.
