I believe you guys are referring to a guy that lives pretty close to me. It's not a top fueler. It's an alky car. I think he was just there to get it tech inspected. It's his first race car ever. I can't remember what he's running for horsepower. I think he said around 1,200+. My brother knows more about it. He's more friends to him than i am.
You will never see a top fuel dragster run at Rock. There simply isn't the room and the track sucks compared to NHRA tracks. It's rare to even see a Pro Stock car once in a great while there. Many people confuse a rail car for a dragster. Most of those are 8.90 indexed cars. Everyone in that class dials in at 8.90. To me, that's the most worthless class ever created. They put-put so to say to about 60' and then car takes off hard from there. Not a real crowd please without the hard launch.
